[XF 2][FL] Forum Permissions - Advanced

Description:
Adds additional permissions to limit number of threads and replies to post every day per node/group.

Permissions options:

• Post replies on others' threads
• Post new threads limit (per day)
• Post replies limit (per day)

Note: All the above options when installing the addon are set to "Unlimited" by default.

Installation:

1. Upload the folder FL to your XenForo installation root...
