[XF 2] Forum moderators

Installation:

1. Download Andy-ForumModerators-1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/ForumModerators directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.

User group permissions:

Normally the Registered user group is set to Yes.

Questions and Answers:

Q: A moderator is shown twice, why is that?
A: This indicates the moderator has been added twice for the same forum.
